Orders and Cancellations

Shipping
We currently offer free standard shipping within Australia. Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days from dispatch, but this is an estimate only and not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging. Unless required otherwise by law, you are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. We may refuse a refund or offer a partial refund if the item is not returned in a resalable condition. This change-of-mind policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
