Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are between 5–15 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as it becomes available, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress.
Returns & Change of Mind
At Your.Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return period for unused items in their original packaging. All change-of-mind requests are subject to approval. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Remedial action is available for goods that are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or not-as-described.
